  • Wallet funds can be used for future consultations or withdrawn to your original payment method

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Session Starts

You may cancel your consultation session and receive a full refund if:

  • You cancel before the scheduled session time
  • The astrologer becomes unavailable
  • Technical issues prevent the session from starting

During Session

If you need to end a session early due to:

  • Emergency situations: Case-by-case review for partial refund
  • Technical issues: Partial refund based on session time completed
  • Astrologer unprofessionalism: Full investigation and appropriate refund

4. Premium Packages and Subscriptions

Profound Premium Package

  • Unused sessions within the package are fully refundable
  • Used sessions are subject to individual consultation refund policies
  • Package refunds are calculated proportionally based on usage

Insta Guide Package

  • Unused Insta Guide balance is refundable within 30 days of purchase
  • Used portions are non-refundable unless service issues occur
  • Refunds are processed back to the wallet system

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or advice (when service was properly delivered)
  • Change of mind after a successfully completed consultation
  • Technical issues on the user's end (poor internet, device problems)
  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation
  • Violation of our Terms of Service during the consultation
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the consultation
